ANSWER: To edit our Offline Biz Cards templates, you will need to either have Microsoft Powerpoint 2003 or 2007. We recommend you use Powerpoint 2007. Once you edit the template, you simply save it as a .jpg. This will allow you to use the Picture Plus function in SendOutCards to upload your graphic design and create a custom card. There are basically two types of Offline Biz Cards. The first type if “city-specific,” which means that one design can be sent to all the businesses in one niche industry in a city. For example, a city-specific card can be edited and sent to all the dentists in Houston. The second type of Offline Biz Card is “business-specific,” which means that a unique design is sent to one business. For example, let’s say you really wanted to get the attention of local dentists. You would take a screenshot of EACH dental practice location using Google Earth and then you would customize EACH Offline Biz Card for EACH dental practice. This is more work BUT, you’ll get an even higher response rate the more you customize the cards to each individual business.
